1. General cancellation conditions without a carefree package:
- Cancellation of the booking up to 22 days before the start of your holiday: The deposit paid will be converted into a voucher! Upon request, the refund of the down payment minus the processing costs of € 25.00 would be possible! (We recommend booking the carefree package or a travel cancellation insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung)
- Cancellation 21 to 0 days before the start of your holiday: Calculation of 90% of the agreed travel price, as in the case of late arrival and early departure

The most important information about the carefree package:
- Bookable for € 80,- per booking and room
- only upon conclusion of contract
- Cancellation of the trip up to 10 days before arrival is possible free of charge without giving reasons
- Add the sum of the carefree package to your down payment and transfer the amount including the carefree package!
- You will receive a confirmation from reception!

Just play it safe and optionally book the exclusive Carefree Package / Sorglos-Paket for € 80,- per booking and room. This gives you a free right of withdrawal for your dream vacation on Lake Wörthersee. You can cancel free of charge up to 10 days before arrival without giving a reason. After the 10 days, a free cancellation is no longer possible.
When paying a deposit, simply add the amount of the carefree package, transfer the total amount and you are protected! You will only receive this exclusive service if you book directly and conclude a contract at the Hotel Schönblick Schneider, whether by phone, email or our website www.deihotel.at! You will receive a separate confirmation of the carefree package booked.
All non-cancellable bookings / rates are unfortunately excluded from this, as one receives a price advantage and waives the right to withdraw!
